All product is fully traceable to an ecologically approved sustainable source, with each order being individually prepared and processed. Safety First
All orders are delivered and despatched in refrigerated vans; between arrival and departure, preparation and processing all takes place on our temperature controlled premises. John Vallance is a leader in the field of food safety, operating with an EU approval number in premises which have SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) accreditation. SALSA is a food-safety standard written by experienced experts, incorporating the legal requirements of producers, and the enhanced 'best practice' expectations of professional food buyers.
SALSA certification is only granted to suppliers who demonstrate that they produce safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting SALSA standard requirements. SALSA accreditation is proof for our customers that we provide quality seafood in a safe environment, supported by full traceability.
